MEDICAL COVERAGE
Two (2) medical plans through Oscar + Cigna & one (1) Kaiser HMO. You pay your share of the premium through pre-tax payroll deductions.
DENTAL COVERAGE
One (1) plan offered through Delta Dental DPPO Plan. You pay your share of the premium through pre-tax payroll deductions.
VISION COVERAGE
One plan through EyeMed. You pay your share of the premium through pre-tax payroll deductions.
EMPLOYER PAID GROUP LIFE AND AD&D
Employer-paid basic life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance provided by MetLife for all benefit eligible employees.
EMPLOYER PAID DISABILITY
Employer-paid short-term and long-term disability insurance provided by MetLife for all benefit eligible employees.
WORKSITE PLANS
Company offers Accident and Critical Illness Insurance plans provided by MetLife for employee only coverage. You pay the premium through payroll deductions for family coverage. These plans help with your out-of-pocket expenses. Some of the plans have a wellness benefit.
